To access NDIS funding, you must meet the following criteria:
• Be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent visa or protected special category visa.
• Be under the age of 65 when you first access the NDIS.
• Live in an area where the NDIS is available.
Call 1800 800 110 to make an Access Request and submit the necessary documents from your health professionals and support network.
Once your eligibility is confirmed, you’ll receive a letter of acceptance and be contacted to arrange a planning meeting.
