Home Care Packages (HCPs) offer more complete assistance at home, as well as more flexibility and service options. HCPs are divided into four tiers, each of which provides funding for a customised package of care and care management (or case management). My Aged Care will schedule an assessment of your or a loved one’s needs and provide you with a financial package that you may use to achieve your objectives in a variety of ways – you decide how to spend your funds.
At each level, different sorts of home care services are available, the hours of services are depend your level of package and funding. The home care services are included Personal care, support services, nursing, allied health, and clinical care services. Levels 3 and 4 provide a higher emphasis on providing sophisticated care in the home, including additional medical treatment when necessary. Home Care packages
Home Care Packages program is a government-subsidised program that provides long-term support for older people who want to stay living at home. The Australian Government subsidises the delivery of home care services and, if you can afford to, you are expected to contribute to the cost of your care but at kare seniors home service; you will not be required to pay 17.5% of your pension (known Basic daily fees) that means you will get more hours of services and support.

How many hours can I get from my package?
The home care package funds are determined by the home care level for which you have been approved, and you are not required to purchase hours of service. Your Home Care package includes a set amount of funds. Some of these funds will be used to pay for your Provider’s administrative and case management fees. The remainder of your cash can be used to promote your independence, health, and well-being. Depending on your care needs, this could be hours of care or something different.
The home care package funds will provide you the following number of hours of care from your depend your level of package you been assigned. the service hours depend individual needs,
Level 1 approx. 2 hours per week (on average)
Level 2 approx. 3-4 hours per week (on average)
Level 3 approx. 9-10 hours per week (on average)
Level 4 approx. 10-15 hours per week (on average)
